i read many dolores cannon books when i was a teen she was  a past life hypnotherapist and believed in E.T.s the only thing i disagree with her is the having to eat 'healthy' foods to upgrade the body to be more light Why not to worry about eating  animals, food, soap, smoke, everything etc being toxic anymore

Karma i believe in in a certain extent its not to punish its just law of attraction way of we manifest according to what vibration level we are on. (high = love , low=fear) (thats an abraham-hicks lessonon vibrations and L.o.a. we just have free will to cut off from love or stay aaligned with love as a path)
